Learning environments where modern languages flourish

EOL presents a vision of a language friendly environment and encourages a strategic approach to language teaching and learning. The starting point for such a global approach to language education is a widespread awareness of the role of languages for the promotion of democratic citizenship and social cohesion.

 

We are delighted to invite you to a two day training session organized in cooperation with Levende Talen Engels and the European Centre for Modern Languages ECML.

The event is on the 6^th and 7^th of November 2024 at conference centre and hotel De Werelt in Lunteren.

This 7-step training path enables both specialists (language teachers and teacher educators) and non-specialists (subject teachers and headteachers):

• to understand what language learning environments are;
• to explore the matrix and other resources;
• to implement a language project in a school or in class. Discover a globel approach to languages and develop your own professional skills.

For members of Levende Talen this event is free, for non-members the fee is 85 EUR which automatically makes you a member of Levende Talen. The fee of 85 EUR for non-members is for the administrative purposes of Levende Talen and is not charged by the ECML.
